If you somehow manage to snap/break/over-bend any part of the Scoopie Doobie (within normal and intended usage) send us a picture using the QR code that comes on the back of your warranty card, and please describe what happened, and we will send you another Scoopie Doobie. It's that easy. 

It is as simple as using a finger nail to push off any gunk that builds up on the ends. For more "caked on" residue, a paper towel with rubbing alcohol, or an alcohol/disinfectant wipe will remove any build up with ease. 

Your Scoopie Doobie is crafted from high strength stainless steel then sandblasted which gives it added durability to withstand regular wear and tear.

Yes, but like most tools made of steel, it will take some fairly significant force and pressure to bend your Scoopie Doobie. As long as you are using it within its intended purposes though, you should not ever worry about that. Do not bend at the weld point of the tapered end.
